Description; General description; Splicing factor 3b, subunit 1, 155 kDa (SF3B1, SAP155, PRP10) is a subunit of the splicing factor 3b protein complex, which along with splicing factor 3a and 12S RNA forms the U2 small nuclear ribonucleoproteins complex (U2 snRNP). SF3B1 is also a component of the minor U12-type spliceosome.
