Sox proteins family members regulate a variety of aspects of development. SRγ (sex determining region γ)-box 3 (SOX3) is an early neural development gene involved in neural precursor cell development, neuroectoderm development and neural plate formation.; Specificity; Anti-SOX3 (AB2) polyclonal antibody reacts with chicken, zebrafish, human, mouse, rat, and canine SRγ (sex determining region γ)-box 3 proteins.; Immunogen; Synthetic peptide directed towards the C terminal region of human SOX3; Application; Anti-SOX3 (AB2) polyclonal antibody is used to tag SRγ (sex determining region γ)-box 3 for detection and quantitation by Western blotting and in plasma by immunohistochemical (IHC) techniques.
