The REDExtract-N-Amp PCR ReadyMix contains a inert tracking dye that allows for convenient direct loading of PCR reactions onto agarose gels for analysis._x000D_ Application_x000D_ REDExtract-N-Amp™ PCR ReadyMix™ has been used for DNA isolation from lichens (family Graphidaceae and genus Peltigera) and maize followed by PCR reactions.
