• for passivating poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) layer prior to immunoglobulin G coating_x000D_
• in fluorescent correlation spectroscopy_x000D_
Red-fluorescing TRITC-albumin was used to track the uptake of calcium phosphate/DNA nanoparticles during cell transfection. The dye-linked albumin is incorporated into the nanoparticles. Efficiency of transfection could be followed by fluorescence microscopy._x000D_
